2 | tbsp | Minced parsley |
2 | dl | Water |
3 | tbsp | Fintsnitte chives |
4 | dl | Milk |
4 | Neck chops |
Instructions for Pork Chops with cabbage
To prepare the Pork Chops with cabbage recipe, please follow these instructions:
The cabbage cut into strips and the carrots cut into small pieces.
Cabbage and carrots steamed in water in 3-4 my.
The peas tilsattes together with lemon zest and chives, and season with salt and pepper.
Neck koteletterne FRY in canola oil for about 8 minutes on each side, and seasoned with salt and pepper.
Butter and flour is stirred together in a bowl. The milk is brought to the boiling point, and butter/flour mixture is added during whipping.
Let Cook 2-3 min, and add dijon mustard, salt, pepper and parsley.
Tips:
Serve koteletterne with vegetables and sauce and serve with new Danish potatoes. Tip: pointed cabbage accessory tastes also still for a good dose of fried meatballs.
