To prepare the Pork chops in sour sauce recipe, please follow these instructions:
Whip all the ingredients for the sauce together in a bowl and keep it ready.
Dip the chops with a roll of paper. Spice with pepper. Let the grease be golden on the forehead of heavy heat and brown them approx. ½ minute on each side. Season. With salt and put them on a plate.
Come on the onions on the forehead and wrap them until they are thawed up, approx. 2 minutes. Come beans and turn them until they are barely tender and still a little crisp. Remove the vegetables and keep them warmly covered.
Pour the sauce on the pan and whip it until it becomes transparent. Put the chops and let them roast here approx. 2 minutes until they are just completed. Season the sauce with salt and pepper.
Put the meat on top of the vegetables and pour the sauce over.
tips:
The sauce can be added 1/2 tsp. Bumped chili if it is desired stronger. Half of minilighs can be omitted, and bean sprouts are quickly reversed after the beans are tender.
