To prepare the Pork chops in rejesovs recipe, please follow these instructions:
Heat oil and butter in a pan and fry the chops 6-7 minutes on each side. Keep them warm.
Sprinkle flour on the cream juice and stir broth, cream and sherry slowly. Taste with salt and pepper. Add shrimps. Boil for another 2 minutes and pour the raspberry over the chops.
