To prepare the Pork chop with sun dried tomatoes and olives recipe, please follow these instructions:

Cut the tomatoes into strips and simmer them in boiling water for 15 minutes.

Sprinkle the chops with salt and pepper and brown them on a hot pan with oil and butter. Give them 3 min. on every side. Take them off the heat and keep them warm.
