To prepare the Plankefisk (Helleflyndersteaks) recipe, please follow these instructions:
mashed potatoes:
The potatoes are peeled and boiled, the water is poured and the potatoes mashed, eggs, butter, salt and pepper are stirred in. The moss is sprayed into a ring on the edge of a steak.
Vegetables resnse, beans halved, pepper fruit striped, broccoli in small bouquets, spring onions in slanted pieces, champigng slices. Beans, peppers, broccoli and spring onions are blanched.
Gingerbread steaks are turned into flour and stewed almost on a pan in butter, 3-4 minutes on each side. Place a halibut steak in the middle of each board within the potato mousse.
The blanched vegetables and mushrooms are shaken on a dry pan and placed on the steakboard.
Place the plank in a preheated oven at 275 degrees C heat with the grill turned on for approx. 10 minutes, until the mashed potatoes get a golden color.

The dish can be prepared in good time and just grilled just before serving.
