100gWhole mozzarella
dlWater
25gYeast
250gPizzamel or wheat flour
4Ripe tomatoes
50gPine nuts
70gTomato puree

Instructions for Pizza with tomato, mozzarella and basil

To prepare the Pizza with tomato, mozzarella and basil recipe, please follow these instructions:

Dough:
Dissolve the yeast in the lukewarm water and add salt, oil and flour. Bring the dough well and set it up for a slight spot for approx. 20 min. Roll out the dough on a messy table. Form it for 4 or 6 mini pizzas. Lay the pizzas on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.

Filling:
Stir tomato sauce with crushed garlic and oil and serve it on the pizza bottles. Cut the tomatoes into slices cut into quarters. Spread tomatoes on tomato sauce together with slices of mozzarella, pine nuts and basil leaves.

Pour the pizzas at 200 degrees C for 10 minutes.
