Ingredients for Pizza Pie III

1.25 | dl | Water |
2 | tbsp | Oil |
225 | g | Wheat flour |
25 | g | Butter |
5 | g | Yeast (about one-tenth of a packet of yeast) |
Instructions for Pizza Pie III
To prepare the Pizza Pie III recipe, please follow these instructions:
- The dough must rise for approx. 2 hours at room temperature
And then put in the refrigerator overnight.
The next day, the dough is taken out of the fridge, halfway
Hour before the pizza is to be made.
The long retention time is not necessary - but gives the best results.
Tomato sauce:
1 ds. peeled tomatoes
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 pinch of salt
1 clove of garlic
1/2 tbsp. oregano
4-5 leaves of fresh basil
It all comes in a blender and is run until the sauce is even.
In addition to tomato sauce, cover the pizza with cheese and fill as desired.
- The dough must be rolled very thinly to make the bottom lean and crisp.
- The oven must be very hot, preferably 300 degrees (alternatively the oven's maximum temperature).
- The oven must not stand on hot air.
- The pizza is baked until golden brown, approx. 6-8 minutes depending on the stove's quality and strength.

Pizza bagstick - Procedure: First, heat the tile slowly up inside the oven. It should preferably be placed in a cold oven, as there may be a risk of cracking. When the stone is glaring, place the pizza on the tile and place it in the oven. (As the stone is so hot it is important that you have some good barbecue gloves or pots to avoid burning.)
