Instructions for Pizza Napoletana
To prepare the Pizza Napoletana recipe, please follow these instructions:
Make a serving of pizza dough. Set the oven to 225 degrees. Filled: Rinse and flake the tomatoes, freeze them for stalking and kernels and cut the tomato meat into smaller pieces. Peel the dough through and roll it to a thin round plate. Fold an edge all the way around so that the filling is held in place. Place the pizza plate on an oil-spun, squeezed plate. Distribute tomatoes, anchovy fillets, slices of cheese and chopped herbs over the pizza. Season with fried pepper and drip with olive oil. Pour the pizza in the middle of the oven for 20-25 minutes until the edge is light brown and crisp. Serve immediately.
