Ingredients for Pizza I
1 | tbsp | Fresh chopped Basil or 1 teaspoon dried |
1 | Serving pizza-dough | |
150-200 | g | Cheese (mozzarella or bel paese) |
200 | g | Cooked ham |
250 | g | Sliced butter roasted mushrooms |
3-4 | tbsp | Olive oil |
8-10 | Ripe tomatoes |
Instructions for Pizza I
To prepare the Pizza I recipe, please follow these instructions:
Make a serving of pizza dough. Set the oven to 250 degrees. Rinse and peel the tomatoes and cut them into slices. Cut the ham into cubes. Slice the dough through and roll it to an elongated plate on a floured table. The dough can also be divided into two parts rolled into circles. Put the doughbond (s) on an oil-fired bake sheet. Fold an edge all the way around so that the filling is held in place. Place the sliced tomatoes on the dough. Distribute the legumes. Put mushroom on top. Sprinkle with chopped basil. Put thin slices of cheese over the fillet. If you are using bel paese, first put it over the pizza for the last 5 mins of baking time, because it melts quickly. Pour the pizza in the middle of the oven for about 20 minutes until it is crisp and the edge golden brown.
tips:
Serve the pizza hot with a full salad. The ham can be replaced by bacon cakes.
