Ingredients for Pizza Genovese

Instructions for Pizza Genovese
To prepare the Pizza Genovese recipe, please follow these instructions:
Make a serving of pizza dough. Rinse and peel the tomatoes, tomatoes from the can just drop off. Remove the stalk and split the tomatoes in quarters. Pil onion and garlic and chop them nicely. Heat the oil in a saucepan and season the onions. Add tomatoes, salt and pepper and cook the sauce for a little 1/2 hour. Set the oven to 225 degrees. Slice the dough through and roll it out to a large square on a messy table. Put the dough on a greased, smoked baking sheet and lightly dot it with a fork. Fold an edge all the way around so that the filling is in place. Butter the tomato sauce over the dough, but not completely to the edge. Cut the olives into slices and spread them over. Also distribute anchovy fillets and sprinkle with oregano. Sprinkle oil over the pizza and put it in the oven on the bottom groove for about 25 minutes until the edge is crisp and golden. Tip The sauce can be made in advance. Longer cooking time makes it more concentrated in the taste. Can be frozen.
