Make a serving of pizza dough. Brush the mussels well with a stiff brush under running cold water. Discard copies that do not close close, possibly with slight blows against the edge of the table. Cover the bottom of a large pot of 1/2 cm water, the hot pot of the water boil and immediately bring the mashed mussels in. Vaporize them for 4-5 minutes and shake the pan a couple of times. Spread the tomatoes over the dough and season with salt and pepper. Dip 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil over. Put the pizzas in the middle of the hot oven and cook them for 15 minutes. Take the pizzas out of the oven and enjoy mussels, squid and shrimps. Behind them finish another 5-8 minutes on the bottom groove until they are crisp and golden at the edge.
tips:
The pizza can be cooked with dill mussels or with frozen, thawed. It can be sprinkled with freshly chopped parsley or esdragon at the serving. Can be frozen.
