Instructions for Piroger with green and tuna
To prepare the Piroger with green and tuna recipe, please follow these instructions:
The butter is crumbled in the flour. Add salt, vinegar, egg and water and mix the dough. The dough is rolled out to a rectangle approx. 30 * 35 cm, placed on a baking sheet with baking paper. Mushrooms are cut into quarters, and peppers are cut into cubes. The lid is chopped and swirled in the oil. Rice is added and swirled for a few minutes. Water is poured and the rice is boiled more. 15-20 minutes. When half of the time has elapsed, add mushrooms and peppers. The mixture is cooled off. Tuna and quark are mixed in the rice, which is distributed in the middle of the dough. The dough is brushed with eggs on the edges and folded over the rice mixture. Clasp at both ends and put on the joint. Brush with egg and bake in a 225 degree hot oven for 15-20 minutes.
