Instructions for Pineapple sorbet with Strawberry puree
To prepare the Pineapple sorbet with Strawberry puree recipe, please follow these instructions:
Water and sugar to boil for 10 minutes over high heat, and allow to cool then. Pineapple flesh to mush and mix in sugar blended sheeting, the mixture is poured into a freeze form and made in the freezer until ice is mushy, about ½ hour. The egg whites whipped stiff and reversed in the ice which is put in the freezer again for 6 hours. Strawberries blended well with sugar and filtered. 10 mins before serving take the ice out of the freezer and placed in the refrigerator before it served in serving glass Strawberry pureen poured over, and it is ready for serving.
