To prepare the Pineapple sorbet recipe, please follow these instructions:
Syrup: Water and sugar to boil up and allow to cool.
2 ripe pineapple cut free of shell and cut into smaller pieces without stuttering. Added in the cooled syrup and blended.
Freeze in ice cream maker and made on frost.
