Stir all the ingredients together in a thick-bottomed saucepan over medium heat for about 5 minutes or to the nuts are golden and the honey are as dark as caramel. Pour the mixture in an even layer on a piece of oil lubricated alu-foil and allow it to cool completely. Break it into pieces and eat it like candy or use it as a sprinkle on dessertis.
