Instructions for Pill on the forehead
To prepare the Pill on the forehead recipe, please follow these instructions:
Arrow and heel loosened roughly. Remove kernels, stems and flowers from the apples, but do not peel them. Cut an apple into very small cubes.
Brown the pork stews in your own fat or if it is lean. In butter. Add onions and apples, sprinkle cinnamon, salt and pepper and warm it well. Pour broth over and allow the dish to simmer under low slightly for approx. 15 minutes until the meat is tender.
Take the meat up and keep it warm. Pure the sauce through a sieve and taste it with horseradish, salt and pepper. Cut the rest of the apples into cubes and sprinkle it in butter on the forehead. Mix them in the sauce with the meat.
Server with small potatoes or a good bread.
