Instructions for Pie with tomato and tuna
To prepare the Pie with tomato and tuna recipe, please follow these instructions:
Pour the tuna in a sieve to drain.
Stir in diced tomatoes along with tomato paste, chopped olives and capers. Season with salt and pepper and pressed garlic.
Flip the tuna in tomato sauce and favor it in the pie bottom. Garnish, if desired. with some whole olives.
Behind the tart at 180 degrees C for 20 minutes.
Crust: Butter smulderes in the flour. Salt, egg and water is added and the dough come together with light hand. Rests in the refrigerator approximately ½ hour. Roll the dough out and serve form. Forbag it in 10 minutes at 220 degrees (C).
