250 | g | Wheat flour |
Instructions for Pie with minced meat
To prepare the Pie with minced meat recipe, please follow these instructions:
Start with the dough.
Crumble the butter in the flour. Add salt and eggs and possibly. Some cold water and knead the dough together. Leave it cold for 1 hour.
Filling:
Arrow the bulbs and chop them. Peel the carrots and tear them on the rough side of the roast iron. Cut the peppers into cubes. Heat the oil and season meat and onions. Add carrots, pepper and crushed garlic and let it sweat. Mix tomato sauce and season with salt and pepper.
Let the mixture spin together approx. 10 minutes. Let it get cold.
Scroll approx. 2/3 of the dough and cover a pie shape approx. 22 cm in diameter with it. Bake the bottom approx. 10 minutes at 200 degrees C. Leave any. A strip of rolled foil around the edge so the edge holds the shape.
Bring the meat mixture into the mold. Roll the rest of the dough out and cut it into strips. Lay the strips over the meat. Brush with egg and bag the pie further approx. 20 minutes at 200 degrees C.
