To prepare the Phasans in cream sauce 02 recipe, please follow these instructions:
The phases are made available. The fries are stirred with rasp, egg, cream, salt and pepper. It is filled in the pheasants.
The pheasants are wrapped with bacon and brune in a saucepan. The wild cloud and half of the flow are added. The phasans are roasted with mild heat for 1-1½ hours until they are tender.
The pheasants are taken out of the pan when they are tender and kept hot. The cloud is brought to boil while stirring. The rest of the cream is added and the cloud is leveled.
It is seasoned with salt, pepper and ribs.
The phases are served before serving. They are served with sauce and possibly asparagus potatoes.
tips:
If there is a dad in surplus, you can put it in a foil cup, bacon over and put it in the oven.
