To prepare the Peter Heering Edge (Sherry Heering Edge) recipe, please follow these instructions:
Place the house block in soft in cold water.
Bring sherry, cherry wine and white wine into a saucepan. Let it warm up. Take the saucepan off the heat and add the battered batter. Stir it completely.
Pour 2½ dl of the gel in an edge form. Place it in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.
When the jelly in the mold is stiff, the cherries are distributed. Pour the rest of the gel over and re-form the mold until the rest of the gel is stiffened.
The edge is loosened and turned onto a dish.
