Ingredients for Pepper sauce
0.5 | bottle | Strong red wine |
0.5-1 | tbsp | Crushed black pepper |
1 | tbsp | Butter |
100 | g | Shallots |
1-3 | tbsp | Corn flour |
5 | dl | Calves Fund or broth |
Instructions for Pepper sauce
To prepare the Pepper sauce recipe, please follow these instructions:
Chop the onions finely and Darin let them sear for a few minutes in 1 tablespoon butter. Add the crushed pepper, stir a minute and add the red wine. Let it boil into half and then stegesky from the saucepan, add the veal stock or broth. Cook well in through and smooth the sauce with a little corn flour touched off in a little cold water or red wine. Sieve the sauce and season with salt. Whip, if desired. a few blobs of cold butter at the very end.
