To prepare the Peberfrugtæg recipe, please follow these instructions:

Pour 2 hard boiled eggs and divide them in half.

Remove the egg yolks and season them. Stir the mashed egg yolks together with 1 tablespoon. Creme fraiche and mix 1 tbsp. Peppercorns in. Season with salt and pepper.

Put it in half the eggs, decorate with small pieces of pepper.
