To prepare the Peasant woman's pølseret recipe, please follow these instructions:
Heat the oil in a pan. Chop the onion and sauté it for two minutes. Add if necessary. the pressed garlic cloves. Clean out the green peppers and cut it into smaller pieces. Cut the eggplant or zucchini in beams. Cut the tomatoes in small boats. Saute the vegetables in the pan until tender, but still crisp. Cut the blodpølsen in half sliced, fried in the pan. Whisk the eggs together and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Pour them over the mixture in the Pan and let it stiffen under gently stirring. Serve immediately with bread.
