Porridge and Macaroons posted alternately in layers. Start with macaroons finish with porridge. Be cold and pull in koldeskabet like a few hours before serving.
Just before serving, beat the cream and spread over the cake. Clot, possibly a little crushed macaroons in the cream for crunch. And sprinkle with a little chopped lemon balm, so will be the extra fresh in the summer heat
