Ingredients for Peach soup

1 | can | Peach. canning |
1 | can | Peeled tomatoes, canned |
2 | clove | Garlic |
2 | tsp | Curry |
200 | g | Onion |
200 | g | Shrimp shucked, boiled |
3 | dl | Vegetable broth |
5 | dl | Whipped cream |
Instructions for Peach soup
To prepare the Peach soup recipe, please follow these instructions:
Chop and sauté the onion and garlic in butter until they are soft. Curry FRY for approx. 2 min. with peeled tomatoes, broth and cream stirred in. Simmer for about 15 mins.
The juice from a can of peaches in and warmed with in ca. 8-10 my (do not boil)
Finally, cut peaches into cubes and along with the shrimp is warmed it all, without boiling.
Season with salt and pepper.
