Instructions for Pastel de Papas
To prepare the Pastel de Papas recipe, please follow these instructions:
mashed potatoes:
The potatoes are peeled and boiled.
The boiled potatoes mashed with butter and milk.
The mashed potatoes are seasoned with salt and pepper.
meat filling:
Onion chopped and fry in a little oil until transparent.
Chopped beef and raisins are added and fry with onions.
When the meat has changed color, the heat will turn off.
Hard boiled eggs and spring onions are chopped and added.
The meat filling is seasoned with salt, chili (or paprika), a spoonful of spices and approx. 1 tsp. sugar.
Completion:
1/3 of the mashed potatoes pour into a refractory dish and spread evenly.
The meat filling is poured upstairs.
The rest of the mashed potato is poured on top of the meat filling and distributed evenly.
Brush the dish with whipped egg and sprinkle with raspberries and sugar
Place in the oven approx. 15-20 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
When the surface is golden brown, the court is ready.
