Instructions for Pasta / tomato pie
To prepare the Pasta / tomato pie recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cook the pasta sauce.
Mix eggs, cream, ham and cheese in a bowl. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Grease a pie dish with a little oil and pour the cooked pasta in.
Cut the tomatoes into slices or tern and place over the pasta. Pour the cream mixture over and mix lightly. Sprinkle if necessary. Little cheese on top.
Place the dish in a preheated oven at 200 degrees and allow to stand for approx. 35 min.
Server possibly. With a mixed salad.
