200 | g | Squid (10 arm) fresh or frozen |

To prepare the Pasta salad with squid and herbs recipe, please follow these instructions:
The pasta is boiled al dente and rinsed in cold water.
If the octopus is healthy cut the arms and hinders and turn it as a stocking. Cut the squid into 1 cm thick rings. Stir the slices for a few minutes in oil. Add the crushed garlic and after 1 minute white wine and a little salt. Let it all boil for a few minutes. Let it cool off quickly.
Add the julia-cut herbs and most of the coarse parsley. The ingredients for the dressing are stirred together and added to the mixture until the consistency is appropriate. Adjust the taste with a little water. Season with salt and pepper.
Serving:
Served on a dish sprinkled with broad-leaved parsley.
tips:
A dish that really tastes of Mediterranean. You can easily add far more herbs. Blue mussels also fit fine in court. Squid can be bought frozen at the fish shop. Sometimes they are fresh from Skagen. The frozen ones are excellent, of course, assuming they have not spent too much time in the freezer's freezer. If you do not particularly like the appearance of the fresh octopus, it is recommended to use frozen.
