To prepare the Pasta in lemon grass sauce with smoked tenderloin recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cook spaghetti as stated on the package Cut the onion into rings and sauté in a little oil in a pan. Add the broth, cream and lemon grass, which is split lengthwise. Let the sauce simmer under a lid while you boil the spaghetti. Remove lemon grass from the sauce, season with salt and pepper and toss with prepared spaghetti and iceberg lettuce. Server with some thinly sliced smoked tenderloin.
