Instructions for Pangasius with shrimp and baked tomatoes
To prepare the Pangasius with shrimp and baked tomatoes recipe, please follow these instructions:
Thaw fish and prawns.
Dry the fish easily. Put it in a greased casserole dish and season with salt and pepper.
Cut the tomatoes in half, place them in a heat-proof platter and season with salt, pepper and a touch of sugar (to stimulate tomatoes sweetness, not to sweet) and dripping with quite a bit of olive oil. Do you have a fresh thyme sprig, then it is now, it should be. Rub it between your palms over the tomatoes.
Fish and tomato Bake at 200 degrees C hot air for 20-25 minutes.
Wash the potatoes and boil them in salted water until tender.
Serve the fish with the thawed shrimp, fresh dill and lemon. Server tomatoes and potatoes.
