Instructions for Pangasius in dish
To prepare the Pangasius in dish recipe, please follow these instructions:
An oven-proof rubbed with butter.
Pears and chili are cleaned and cut well.
The fish is dried and the tomatoes are cut into slices.
The dish is filled in layers. Season with salt, pepper and estragon between layers:
1) cut leek and chili
2) Fish - next to each other
3) tomato slices are distributed over the court
4) Season sesame seeds over tomatoes
5) Advantage butter bubbles over the court
6) pour the whip feed
Bake in oven at 200 degrees C. alm. Oven for 25 min.
Server rice and or fluffy flute to court. Supplement if necessary. With neutral salad.
