Ingredients for Pangasius

0.75 | dl | Parsley, fresh |

1 | tbsp | Tarragon, fresh |
1000 | g | Potatoes new |
2 | tbsp | Lemon juice. freshly squeezed |
50 | g | Butter |
500 | g | Green asparagus |
800 | g | Pangasiusfilet |
Instructions for Pangasius
To prepare the Pangasius recipe, please follow these instructions:
Fold the thin end under. Rub the fish with salt and baste them with lemon juice, put them in a baking dish.
Stir the butter soft with chopped parsley, tarragon, Curry and mustard, favor butter over fish.
Cover the dish with foil and set it in the oven at 225 degrees c. alm. oven in 20-25 minutes until it is tender.
Scoop the butter over the fish a few times during frying.
Server small cooked potatoes to the pill.
Garnish with lemon slices and parsley Bon appétit!
