Possibly tomato sauce or taco sauce (strong Mexican tomato sauce-purchased on glass)
Cut chives
Pepper
1pinchSalt
1dlWater
120gWheat flour
150gHam strips
200gCottage cheese
200gMaize grain (possibly frozen or tinned)
30gMargarine/oil for frying
300gWhite cabbage
300gLeeks
300gRed Peppers
4Eggs
5dlMilk
70gMaize meal (maize meal)

Instructions for Pancakes with filling I

To prepare the Pancakes with filling I recipe, please follow these instructions:

Stir flour and egg together, whip the milk, add corn and salt.
The dough is baked for 8 large pancakes (about 1 dl. Per pancake), which is kept warm in alm. oven.

The cabbage is cut and the cuts are cut into rings. The peppers are cleaned for stalk and kernels and cut into small cubes.

Cabbage, leeks and peppers are steamed in water with salt and pepper. The mixture spins for approx. 8 minutes.

Maize and hamstring are added and spin with a couple of minutes.

The vegetable mixture is placed in a bowl and decorated with chives.


The pancakes are served with vegetable mix, cottage cheese and possibly tomato / tacosauce.
