1 | l | Whole milk |
1 | tbsp | Sugar |
12 | Eggs | |
2 | dl | Rapdolie |
3 | tsp | Vanilla sugar |
450 | g | Wheat flour |
Instructions for Pancakes
To prepare the Pancakes recipe, please follow these instructions:
Mix flour, sugar, salt and vanilla sugar in a bowl. Whip 1 liter of whole milk. Use any hand mixer. Mix the oil in. Add the eggs and whip the dough thoroughly. Let the dough rest in the fridge for half an hour. Bake pancakes with medium heat. Preferably on a pan with teflon coating. Then no more fat is needed.
Eat the cakes with jam, ice cream, flour, syrup, sugar.
I do not know how many pancakes there are, but there is enough for 6 people for dinner.
If the pancakes are to be eaten with meat filling or the like. Avoid sugar and vanilla sugar.
