0.5 | tsp | Salt |
1.5-2 | tbsp | Butter or margarine |
2 | Eggs | |
2 | dl | Berry URf.eks. raspberries or strawberries |
2-3 | dl | Whipped cream |
3 | dl | Wheat flour (180 g) |
6 | dl | Milk |
Instructions for Pancake Pie
To prepare the Pancake Pie recipe, please follow these instructions:
Whip the eggs together with half the milk. Add the flour slightly at a time and whip until the dough is smooth and even. Stir salt, the rest of the milk and the cream. Melt the fat into a frying pan. Pour some dough on and behind thin pancakes. Let them cool. Whip the cream to the foam. Put the pancakes together with berries and whipped cream. Decorate the pancake pie with whipped cream and berry upstairs.
