Ingredients for Pølsegifler

Egg for brushing
Sweet mustard
1Eggs
1dlLukewarm water
1dlYmer
25gYeast
450gWheat flour
75gButter or margarine
8Wiener sausages

Instructions for Pølsegifler

To prepare the Pølsegifler recipe, please follow these instructions:

Water and yeast are stirred together. The food is crumbled in the flour. Water, ymer, egg and salt are added and the dough is well kneaded. Set for lifting a tight spot for approx. 30 minutes.

The dough is thrown down and divided into two. Rolled out in two circles, each divided into 8 triangles. ½ teaspoon. Mustard and ½ sausage are laid on each triangle which is rolled from the wide end to the tip.

Put on a plate of baking paper with the tip down. Repeats approx. 10 minutes. And brush with eggs.

Bake at 200 degrees C. alm. Oven for 20-25 minutes.
