Instructions for Ovnbøf
To prepare the Ovnbøf recipe, please follow these instructions:
Chop the onion coarsely and sauté in the pan. Add the meat and Brown it thoroughly so that it crumbles. Basilkum, season with salt and pepper.
Put the mixture layered with tomato slices and grated cheese in a baking dish. Cover with foil and roast in the oven at 190 degrees for 20 minutes.
