To prepare the Oven-roasted rabbit recipe, please follow these instructions:
The cleaned rabbit rubs well into the spice mixture and put in a well-baked oven dish with the back up. The rabbit is brushed well with semi-melted butter or oil. Stir in the oven at 180 degrees, for 1 hour with a little water in the dish. The rabbit is brushed regularly - it must not dry out - if necessary, the rabbit can be covered with foil during a time of frying. The red wine is added to the cloud. If the rabbit is not sufficiently browned, it can be baked under the grill. The rabbit is divided into suitable pieces and placed in a hot dish, pour a little of the cloud over. The rest of the cloud is cooked and smoothed.
Serve with brown potatoes and a green salad, or with loose rice.
