Instructions for Oven-fried garlic chicken
To prepare the Oven-fried garlic chicken recipe, please follow these instructions:
Crack the cleaned chickens in half. Sprinkle the insides with salt and paprika. Put them in a well-oiled baking dish with skin side up.
Stir in the softened butter with crushed garlic and a little salt. Butter it over the chickens. Style dish on ovnristen in the middle of the oven and roast the chicken for about 45-60 minutes at 230 degrees. Baste with roast chickens often butter. Drizzle lemon juice over towards the end of the frying time.
Server the chickens in the dish, sprinkle with a bit of watercress, and serve with the potatoes.
