Instructions for Oven-fried barbecue chicken
To prepare the Oven-fried barbecue chicken recipe, please follow these instructions:
Crack the cleaned chickens in half. Sprinkle the insides with salt and paprika. Put them in a well-oiled baking dish with skin side up.
Stir in the softened butter with the barbecue spice and a little salt. Butter it over the chickens. Style dish on ovnristen in the middle of the oven and roast the chicken for about 45-60 minutes at 230 degrees. Baste with roast chickens often butter. Drizzle lemon juice over towards the end of the frying time.
Server right with baked potato loaded with butter, and sprinkled with a little paprika. For this fit also a crisp salad of iceberg lettuce added various raw vegetables, such as cucumber slices, tomato, raw mushroom and cauliflower florets.
