Earthquakes are peeled or scrubbed.
Cut them for approx. 3-4 mm thickness.
Turn them with olive oil - like in a freezer, which distributes the oil efficiently.
Lay them on a baking sheet with baking paper so that they do not overlap.
Sprinkle salt on and bag them at 200 gr. For 15-20 minutes.
After 15 minutes they have a bit of crispness, and by 20 minutes they are very tender.
