Instructions for Oriental Chops
To prepare the Oriental Chops recipe, please follow these instructions:
Brown neck koteletterne in margarine with curry, they should not be cooked completely. Put koteletterne in a baking dish.
Saute in margarine then came Apple both løgterningerne and pineapple pieces in the Pan and give them a little Curry too. Got pineapple juice in the pan. and let it stand and simmer a bit in 10 minutes.
Pour the cream in the mixture and pour it over koteletterne. Set it in a 175 degree C. alm. oven for about 45 minutes.
Served with loose rice.
