Instructions for Orange-surprise
To prepare the Orange-surprise recipe, please follow these instructions:
The oranges (preferably large) cut into one end, so that they can stand straight. A large lid is cut of, the juice squeezed out and freeze to grødis.
2 egg whites whipped very stiff, add sugar and mixing in grødisen. Stir well together and distributed in the hollowed-out oranges, made in a dish and freeze. Can be frozen for several months.
2 egg whites whipped very stiff, half of the sugar is whisked in, while the rest be turned in with a spoon. A top meringue met on every frozen orange and almond flakes sprinkled over.
Made in a dish in the oven at 250 degrees c. alm. oven for about 6 mins.
