½ | dl | Water |
3½ | dl | 18% sour cream and Crème Fraiche 38% (equal parts of each) |
50 | g | Minced yellow onions |
Instructions for Onion sauce
To prepare the Onion sauce recipe, please follow these instructions:
Bring water and onion in a pan and bring to a boil. Boil the onions with low heat and under low for approx. 5 min. Add creme fraiche, salt and pepper and warm sauce through for approx. 3 min. Taste like Serve the sauce together with potatoes for eg meatballs or fried pork.
tips:
The sauce can be cooked by cremefraiche 38% alone.
