Instructions for Ommelet
To prepare the Ommelet recipe, please follow these instructions:
The eggs are turned out in a bowl and beat with water, salt and pepper. Melt the butter on your good pan with a proper drop-coating and let it be weak light brown. Pour the egg mixture on and turn down the heat. Stir around a bit with light hand. Lift up a bit in stiffened egg mass, so the raw lot comes down on the forehead. When all the egg mixture is stiffened, can you possibly screw up a bit for the heat, if omeletten is very light at the bottom. When it is, it must fit onto a plate or a dish.
