Cooked vegetables, chopped ham, and fried bacon, smoked herring, or a superfluity of cooked fish, hash or similar
Jam or div fruits
1pinchSalt
1tbspSugar
10gButter
2Egg yolks
2White foam
3tbspMilk

Instructions for Omelette, Old-fashioned

To prepare the Omelette, Old-fashioned recipe, please follow these instructions:

Whip the flowers well with sugar and salt and add / turn the milk white foam. Pour the egg stock onto a slightly heated pan, the bottom of which is covered with grease. Pour the omelet over low heat so that it rises, stiffens and turns light brown on the underside. Reversed (possibly with large saucepan) until it is golden.
Fill in one half and then close with the other half.
