Instructions for Omelet (brunch)
To prepare the Omelet (brunch) recipe, please follow these instructions:
Ruccola salad and basil leaves-rinsed and onto well of. Tomato and mozarellaen cut into slices.
The eggs are turned out in a bowl and beat lightly with milk, salt and pepper. Melt the butter in a frying pan and pour in the egg mixture. Omeletten fried golden on the underside at medium heat and when the drop the Pan, invert it. I usually use a skærebrædt to this. You can also use a mini trangia, just cover the forehead. Omeletten fried golden on the other side and ruccola, basil, tomato slices, ham strips and mozarellaskiver distributed over one half. The other half is folded up over the filling, then omeletten looks like a Crescent Moon. Rose on to the filling is hot and serve.
Tips:
You are not crazy about ruccola, one can switch it out with the baby spinach.
