To prepare the Olive mashed potatoes recipe, please follow these instructions:
Free the black olives for stone to Blend them. a rough Compote with 1 dl olive oil. Bake the potatoes until tender in the oven and scrape the insides out in a pan (or peel them and boil them until tender). Warm the milk up. Mash the potatoes. Whisk the olive oil and the hot milk in the potatoes. Stir in the olive paste in. Season with grated nutmeg, sea salt and pepper.
