Ingredients for Oldemor's airy buns

100 | g | Butter |
100 | g | Sugar |
2.5 | dl | Cream |
3 | Eggs | |
3 | dl | Lukewarm water |
4 | tbsp | Oil |
50 | g | Yeast |
5-800 | g | Wheat flour (experiment) |
Instructions for Oldemor's airy buns
To prepare the Oldemor's airy buns recipe, please follow these instructions:
Water and cream are mixed together and lunes. The yeast is crumbled in it.
The butter is melted and allowed to cool.
Mix now, sugar and salt into yeast mixture and stir around.
2 eggs, oil and cardamom mix with the cooled butter and mix the mixture in the yeast.
Sift the flour and get a bit of the mixture (the dough must be fairly wet)
The dough is raised for approx. 20 min at room temperature
Roll the dough into a long sausage and cut it into 24 pieces. They are shaped into round buns and brushed with eggs and sprinkled with water. Beer sugar over and above.
Turn on the oven at 200 c •
The balls are raised again 20 min. At room temperature
They are baked approx. 12 min (they must be golden)
