2tbspWhite wine vinegar
3Squash
8spellingOf emmenthaler (4 x 2 cm) (gouda may also be used)
8slicesBacon (much like veal bacon)

800gBeef topside diced (1 ½ x 3 cm)

Instructions for Oksespyd with cheese / bacon spoons, mustard dressing and squash potatoes

To prepare the Oksespyd with cheese / bacon spoons, mustard dressing and squash potatoes recipe, please follow these instructions:

Oksespyd: Distribute the meat to the grill spikes. Brush the grill with a little oil and put the meat on. Grill it about 2 - 3 minutes on both sides and season with salt and pepper.

Mix while thyme and olive oil and brush the meat just before serving.


Cheese / bacon spoon: Stir cheese stew on spear. Wrap the bacon and grill them for a couple of minutes.


Potatoes in mustard dressing: Scrub the new potatoes and cook them tenderly for approx. 20 minutes.

Mix mustard and egg yolks in a bowl and whisk the mixture with a little salt. Add the oil to a thin beam while stirring, and then add to vinegar and add the chopped parsley.

Turn the freshly cooked potatoes in this dressing.


Squash: Squashes cut for approx. 1 cm thick slices along and grill for a couple of minutes. Put them on a dish and spice them with salt and pepper.

In a bowl mix lemon juice, lemon lemon shale, chopped garlic and olive oil. Spoon the ingredients well and pour the dressing over the squash slices.
